They called this sparkling wine "Angelin Beo", a name by which Angelo Bortolin, the founder of the cellar, is recognized locally, as 2018 was his 80th birthday and at the same time the 50th anniversary of the company. A Valdobbiadene DOCG with zero residual sugar, which allows you to appreciate the characteristics of the land.
