For three generations, in Susegana, with passion and dedication, the company of the Malibran family has been telling these lands through its wines. In their wines there is exclusively their grape, grapes of which they know everything, grown and ripened in the vineyards of which they personally take care of all year round. This award-winning flagship product of the company is obtained from a single particularly steep and suitable vineyard. The nose reveals floral and slightly fruity scents that form the background for notes of a clear mineral matrix. In the mouth it is dry, decisive, balanced and reactive. It closes with a nice long and clean finish. Excellent as an aperitif, the "Cinquegrammi" is a Prosecco that goes well with appetizers based on fatty and tasty salami.
